Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• No weekends or holidays
• Holiday rotation

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license
• Prior hospital or acute care experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
• Outstanding communication and patient rapport skills
• Proven ability to work efficiently with multidisciplinary teams
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and execute comprehensive treatment programs for diverse patient populations
• Implement individualized therapy interventions to maximize patient mobility, function, and safety
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals for coordinated care
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in EPIC
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation and discharge planning
• Comply with all hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
