Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid state PT license in good standing
• Experience in hospital/outpatient therapy preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of therapy evaluation and treatment planning

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate assigned patients, developing and modifying individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction
