Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation as per legal, ethical, and facility standards

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) for Connecticut
• Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred
