Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapy license in Connecticut (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in hospital-based outpatient therapy—preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning with the ability to create patient-centered treatment plans

Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and design effective, goal-oriented therapy plans

- Promote and model standards of personal appearance, attendance, and punctuality
- Educate patients, families, and colleagues on therapy processes and safety awareness
- Participate in student training programs, providing guidance, supervision, and feedback
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to regulatory requirements
