Delivering top-tier physical therapy services in a hospital setting, this contract role requires an experienced Physical Therapist with a commitment to exemplary care and service. You’ll play an integral part in providing hands-on therapy to patients, assessing needs, carrying out individualized plans of care, and supporting overall department performance within an acute care environment.

Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Physical Therapy license
- Experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and allied staff
- Commitment to maintaining professional standards in alignment with service excellence and core values
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols for staff and patient protection
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments, including history, observation, and analysis of diagnostic data
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to meet the holistic needs of patients of varying ages
- Execute physician-prescribed therapy and nursing interventions, ensuring all treatments align with established standards of care
- Foster a compassionate and respectful environment for patients, families, and colleagues
- Participate in hourly rounding and provide outstanding patient service in alignment with excellence standards
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, properly utilizing protective equipment and procedures
- Support daily department operations and, when required, the responsibilities of a charge therapist or preceptor
- Contribute to ongoing improvement through evidence-based practices and hospital-system initiatives
