Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist (PT) license

  • Strong knowledge of rehabilitation protocols for acute and chronic conditions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to documentation accuracy

Schedule/Hours:

  • Contract role with full-time hours; schedule details provided during interview

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and administer prescribed physical therapy treatments to restore function and reduce pain for hospital inpatients and outpatients
  • Evaluate patient progress and collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to adjust care plans
  • Document all services rendered and patient responses in compliance with regulatory and hospital standards
  • Educate patients and families on home care exercises, injury prevention, and strategies for continued recovery
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and therapeutic environment for all individuals under your care
  • Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and contribute to overall quality improvement initiatives
