Key Qualifications:

  • Valid and current Physical Therapist (PT) license

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and establish individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver safe and effective physical therapy, including manual therapy and modality application
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals to achieve best outcomes
  • Educate patients and their families on exercises and safety practices for continued improvement
  • Accurately document patient progress and make adjustments to therapy plans as appropriate
  • Uphold hospital and departmental standards for quality and patient safety
