Qualifications:

• Current, active State license as a Physical Therapist (required)
• Experience in outpatient and/or hospital-based therapy settings preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
• Ability to design functional treatment programs tailored to patient needs
• Commitment to safety protocols and organizational core values
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive evaluations and implement detailed treatment plans based on patient goals and physician direction
• Manage documentation accurately in line with facility procedures and regulatory guidelines
• Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain necessary licensure and continuing education
• Guide, mentor, and supervise students when assigned
• Foster a safe and respectful environment through adherence to patient and employee safety standards
