Qualifications:
- Current, active State license as a Physical Therapist (required)
- Experience in outpatient and/or hospital-based therapy settings preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills
- Ability to design functional treatment programs tailored to patient needs
- Commitment to safety protocols and organizational core values
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive evaluations and implement detailed treatment plans based on patient goals and physician direction
- Manage documentation accurately in line with facility procedures and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain necessary licensure and continuing education
- Guide, mentor, and supervise students when assigned
