Schedule/Hours:

In this role, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to design, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans consistent with patient needs and physician directives.
- Direct and delegate therapy services, ensuring interdisciplinary collaboration and superior patient outcomes.
- Promote and uphold the highest standards of patient and employee safety, emphasizing safe practices in patient handling, infectious disease protocols, and injury prevention.
- Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues, fostering ongoing learning and engagement.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely medical documentation, in line with all clinic, state, and federal guidelines.
- Participate in professional development and quality improvement initiatives, actively pursuing continued education and contributing feedback to enhance performance.
- Demonstrate commitment to organizational values—delivering quality, treating others with respect, and fostering a results-oriented, team-focused culture.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist, eligible to practice in the assigned state
- Prior experience in outpatient or hospital-based therapy preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and evaluation skills
