Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment; typical full-time outpatient hours

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to design, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans consistent with patient needs and physician directives.
• Direct and delegate therapy services, ensuring interdisciplinary collaboration and superior patient outcomes.
• Promote and uphold the highest standards of patient and employee safety, emphasizing safe practices in patient handling, infectious disease protocols, and injury prevention.
• Educate patients, families, students, and colleagues, fostering ongoing learning and engagement.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely medical documentation, in line with all clinic, state, and federal guidelines.
• Participate in professional development and quality improvement initiatives, actively pursuing continued education and contributing feedback to enhance performance.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist, eligible to practice in the assigned state
• Prior experience in outpatient or hospital-based therapy preferred
