Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Saturday–Wednesday

Key Qualifications:

• Current California Physical Therapist License
• Minimum one year of home health experience
• Strong organizational and clinical documentation skills (knowledge of Kinnser preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and supervisory abilities

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and complete start of care visits, with next-day mandatory reporting
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as needed
• Submit clinical notes and related documentation within 48 hours of each visit
• Communicate consistently with supervisors, intake staff, and office personnel
• Maintain general responsiveness during standard business hours
• Adapt to expanding territories within Solano County as needed

• iPad and Verizon One Talk system for efficient field communication
• Mileage reimbursement ($0.655/mile) from first to last patient, including paid parking and tolls

• Three days of comprehensive training: in-house and in-field
