Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and complete start of care visits promptly
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants ensuring quality service delivery
- Submit next-day reports for start of care visits and complete clinical notes within 48 hours
- Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors, intake teams, and office staff during business hours
- Adapt to an expanding territory as needed, primarily focused in Solano County
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid California Physical Therapy License required
- Minimum one year of home health experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively coordinate care and documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage clinical workflows in the home setting
Schedule and Work Details:
- 40 hours per week, scheduled Saturday through Wednesday
- Initial training includes three full days: one in-house and two field days
- Documentation to be completed using the Kinnser system
- Equipment provided: iPad and Verizon One Talk for communication
- Mileage reimbursed at $0.655 per mile; parking and tolls also reimbursed
- Option for a company car available with an adjusted billing rate
