Key Qualifications
- Current California PT license
- BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, auto registration
- TB (annual), MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (within 10 years), and Flu vaccine (annual) compliance
- Successful completion of drug screen and physical exam
- Willingness to travel across assigned and neighboring areas
- Ability to see Covid+ and PUI patients if required
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy assessment, planning, and interventions in home health settings
- Complete documentation, patient evaluations, and routine visits based on established points-system
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Adhere to patients' specific care plans and safety guidelines
