- Implement, modify, and document therapy plans to support effective patient progression toward discharge
- Direct, delegate, and collaborate with therapy team members to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
- Maintain detailed, timely, and clear documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards

Qualifications:
