Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and establish evidence-based therapeutic plans of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and include resident/caregiver input into goals
- Deliver and document therapeutic interventions, working within compliance and Medicare guidelines
- Consult with physicians, educate patients/caregivers, and recommend assistive devices
- Supervise and mentor assistant-level staff, support departmental onboarding, and uphold infection control standards
- Maintain department cleanliness and comply with all state/professional standards
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred
- Current PT license in MA
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- BLS certification preferred
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management abilities
- Compassionate, team-focused, and adaptable approach to care
