Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and establish evidence-based therapeutic plans of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and include resident/caregiver input into goals
• Deliver and document therapeutic interventions, working within compliance and Medicare guidelines
• Consult with physicians, educate patients/caregivers, and recommend assistive devices
• Supervise and mentor assistant-level staff, support departmental onboarding, and uphold infection control standards
• Maintain department cleanliness and comply with all state/professional standards

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred
• Current PT license in MA
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• BLS certification preferred
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management abilities
• Compassionate, team-focused, and adaptable approach to care
