Seeking an experienced physical therapist for a contract assignment providing high-quality care in a hospital environment. This role requires delivering therapy services to both inpatient and outpatient populations, with responsibilities split across two clinics located within an hour’s drive of each other.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 10-hour day shifts
  • Average caseload of 13-15 patients per day
  • Time divided between two clinics (80% inpatient, 20% outpatient)

Qualifications:

  • Valid and current physical therapy license
  • Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently across multiple clinical locations
  • Up-to-date flu vaccination required (no exceptions)
  • Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility
  • Commitment to reliable attendance; only 3 days of requested time off permitted for each 13-week contract

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, and administer therapy interventions to a diverse patient population
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver patient-centered care
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Maintain effective communication across both sites to ensure continuity of care
  • Uphold best practices for infection prevention and hospital safety standards
