Physical Therapist - Peridot, Arizona

Providing essential physical therapy services in a hospital environment, this contract opportunity calls for a skilled and adaptable physical therapist. You will deliver care across two clinical locations within an hour’s drive of one another, working with a primarily inpatient caseload while supporting some outpatient needs. Daily responsibilities include evaluating and developing care plans for 13-15 patients per shift, ensuring quality outcomes aligned to hospital standards.

Schedule/Hours

• 10-hour day shifts
• Work involves commuting between two clinical sites within a 1-hour distance
• Patient distribution: 80% inpatient, 20% outpatient
• 13-week contract duration
• No more than three days of requested time off permitted during the contract
• The facility may cancel up to three shifts per assignment, and guaranteed hours will not apply

Qualifications and Experience

• Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in acute hospital therapy settings strongly preferred
• Ability to travel between clinical locations as scheduled
• Excellent assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills
• Must have received a current season flu vaccination (no exceptions)
• Must live more than 100 miles from the facility (residence within 100-mile radius not eligible)
