Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current and valid license to practice physical therapy
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Clinical background in hospital-based therapy settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of PT assessments, rehab protocols, and patient education
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Self-motivated, reliable, and collaborative
• Experience working with multidisciplinary care teams is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Conduct timely and thorough physical therapy evaluations for patients with diverse medical conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support functional gains and safe discharge
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to restore mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life
• Document patient progress, treatment modifications, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals
• Educate patients and families about therapeutic exercises, mobility aids, and strategies for continued progress
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, privacy guidelines, and licensing regulations
