Schedule/Hours:

  • Monday & Wednesday: 10:30 am – 7:00 pm
  • Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • No major holidays, weekends, or call duty

Qualifications:

  • Valid MA Physical Therapy license
  • BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
  • Minimum 1+ year of physical therapy experience in an outpatient setting (2+ years preferred)
  • Skilled in patient handling, safe transfer techniques, and providing patient-focused care
  • Excellent interpersonal, team, and time management abilities
  • Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered physical therapy services to a diverse outpatient population
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams to develop and execute care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and implement adjustments as needed for optimal outcomes
  • Accurately document patient records in compliance with departmental protocols
  • Foster a supportive and respectful environment for patients and colleagues
