Travel Physical Therapist | Remington, Indiana

Schedule/Hours

• Monday to Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
• 40 guaranteed hours per week (no weekends or on-call)

Qualifications

• Valid state Physical Therapy license
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum of 1 year experience (outpatient, orthopedics strongly preferred)
• Experience with neuro, balance, and pain management patients appreciated
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable floating between outpatient locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care sessions for orthopedic, neurological, and general debility cases
• Document patient progress using Epic EMR
• Utilize specialized equipment such as Ultrasound, E-stim, and Lite Gait
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to establish individualized treatment plans
• Uphold safety and dress standards—charcoal gray scrubs, professional attire, and appropriate footwear
