Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 7:45am–4:15pm
• 40 hours guaranteed weekly
• No weekends or on-call shifts

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Physical Therapist state license and CPR certification required
• At least 1 year of experience (outpatient orthopedics preferred)
• Strong general, orthopedic, neuro, balance, or pain management skills
• Proficiency with Epic EMR system is beneficial
• Team-oriented and flexible, ready to adapt to shifting patient needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized 1:1 physical therapy sessions
• Float between outpatient locations as needed
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for holistic patient care
• Utilize specialized therapy equipment
• Maintain timely and accurate patient records
