Schedule/Hours:

• Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–4:15 PM
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• No weekends or call requirements

As a Physical Therapist in a hospital-based role, you’ll deliver 1:1 treatment sessions—primarily outpatient orthopedics but also neuro and general debility cases—using advanced modalities like Ultrasound, E-stim, and Lite Gait. Floating to other outpatient locations ensures continued learning and adaptability, all while working within a unit that values a team-oriented, flexible mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, and general debility patients
• Provide high-quality 1:1 therapy sessions using hospital resources and cutting-edge modalities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care and achieve optimal outcomes
• Document timely and accurately in the Epic EMR system
• Float as needed to different outpatient sites to meet patient demand

Qualifications:

• Active state Physical Therapist license and current CPR certification
• Minimum of 1 year professional experience, preferably in outpatient orthopedics
• Strong skills in neuro and pain management, balance, and general therapy
• Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative and flexible attitude
