Essential Responsibilities:

  • Foster education and collaboration by mentoring peers, students, and patients’ families regarding therapy services.
  • Participate in professional development plans with clinical management, actively pursuing ongoing education and involvement in professional organizations.
  • Uphold all state and federal practice regulations, maintain an active professional license, and adhere to ethical codes of conduct.
  • Champion both patient and employee safety, maintaining awareness in key safety areas including safe patient handling and regulatory compliance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active professional licensure in Physical Therapy (PT), in good standing, with fulfillment of all continuing education requirements.
  • Previous experience in therapeutic services in a hospital or outpatient setting.
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to organize care in alignment with individualized treatment plans.
  • Flexibility and resourcefulness in adapting to diverse workplace cultures.
