This travel opportunity in an outpatient therapy setting will allow you to advance your professional expertise by collaborating with a diverse interdisciplinary team and experiencing varied clinical practices. Schedule:

  • 5 Days per Week
  • 8-Hour Shifts
  • Start Date: 6/8/2026
  • No weekends, no on-call requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Doctorate, Masters, Bachelors, or Associates in Physical Therapy
  • Current New Mexico Physical Therapist license
  • BLS certification from AHA required
  • Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat patients’ neuromusculoskeletal & cardiorespiratory systems to promote health, mobility, and pain management
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families
  • Administer and direct PT modalities, ensuring patient safety and evaluating for contraindications
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, home programs, and safe equipment use
  • Maintain clear patient records, progress notes, and discharge summaries
  • Supervise PT Assistants and Rehabilitation Assistants, and participate in on-the-job training
  • Promote a collaborative rehabilitation environment
  • Stay current with professional education to maintain licensure
