Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and adapt individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician directives
• Lead, delegate, and direct all therapy services for assigned patients with a focus on supporting return to community activities
• Educate patients, families, students, and coworkers, fostering a collaborative and educational environment
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation for all patient care and administrative activities
• Adhere to clinic guidelines regarding appearance, attendance, and punctuality
