Schedule/Hours

• Flexible travel position
• 10 patient visits per day, 50 per week

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility
• One year of relevant experience preferred; new graduates welcome
• Demonstrated ability to work with pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
• Familiarity with gross motor assessments, orthopedic and neurologic conditions
• Professional demeanor (business casual dress)
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including Next Gen screening and gross motor assessments
• Manage a diverse caseload including orthopedic (e.g., post-operative care, joint replacements, sports injuries) and neurological conditions (e.g., Alzheimer’s/dementia, vestibular/vertigo, degenerative diseases)
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver individualized therapy programs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation according to the latest best practices
