Physical Therapist | San Carlos, Arizona

This opportunity offers a dynamic role for an experienced physical therapist seeking to make a positive impact in a hospital setting. Providing care in a collaborative and supportive environment, you will split your time between two clinics located within an hour of one another. Your patient caseload will be approximately 13-15 patients each day, with responsibilities divided approximately 80% inpatient and 20% outpatient care.

Qualifications:

• Current, valid license as a Physical Therapist
• Previous hospital-based physical therapy experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment
• Must have received a flu vaccine (no exceptions permitted)
• Willingness to comply with a 100-mile residence rule (travelers cannot reside within 100 miles of the facility)
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Schedule:

• Ten-hour day shifts

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional physical therapy services to a varied patient population across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Perform comprehensive assessments, develop therapeutic plans, and track patient progress
• Travel between two clinic locations as scheduled by the facility (within an hour of each other)
• Maintain meticulous documentation and engage in collaborative patient care with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families regarding therapy processes, progress, and at-home recommendations
