Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Saturday through Wednesday
Role Highlights:
- Prioritize start of care visits for patients within the assigned territory in Solano County.
- Supervise and guide Physical Therapy Assistants, fostering team growth.
- Ensure timely next-day reporting for all start of care visits.
- Complete clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours of each visit using Kinnser (company-provided iPad).
- Maintain responsive, effective communication with supervisors, intake, and office staff during business hours.
- Initially train for three full days (one on-site, two in the field) to ensure a solid start.
Qualifications:
- Active California Physical Therapist (PT) License required.
- Minimum of one year of Home Health experience.
- Strong skills in documentation and clinical reporting.
- Ability to manage a caseload that maintains an average of 8 hours per day (40 hours/week) and meets a productivity requirement of 30 points per week.
