Travel Physical Therapist - San Francisco, California

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Saturday through Wednesday

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize timely start of care visits for new patients
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring top-quality care
• Complete mandatory next-day reporting for start of care visits
• Submit all clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours following each patient visit
• Maintain consistent, responsive communication with supervisors, intake teams, and office staff
• Responsively manage caseloads averaging 8 hours/40 hours per week
• Use Kinnser for all documentation; iPad and phone provided

Qualifications:

• Current CA Physical Therapist license
• Minimum of one year of Home Health experience required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable adapting to changing territories as census expands
• Proficient with electronic documentation systems
