As a travel Physical Therapist supporting home health services, you’ll play an important role in helping patients regain mobility and independence within their own living environments. This setting gives you exposure to a range of cases while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and learning innovative patient care approaches. Schedule/Hours:
- 40 hours per week, Saturday through Wednesday
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and complete start of care visits with mandatory next-day reporting.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Complete clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours of each visit using the Kinnser system.
- Maintain proactive, clear communication with supervisors, intake, and office staff.
- Remain responsive during standard business hours and adapt territory coverage as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active California Physical Therapist license.
- Minimum of one year of home health experience required.
