Schedule/Hours:

• 40 hours per week
• Saturday through Wednesday

Key Qualifications:

• Active California PT License
• Minimum of one year Home Health experience
• Thorough knowledge of electronic documentation systems (Kinnser preferred)
• Effective communicator with strong organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and complete start of care visits promptly
• Provide supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants
• Submit next-day mandatory start of care reporting
• Complete all clinical notes and relevant documentation within 48 hours post-visit
• Maintain regular, timely communication with supervisors and office staff
• Responsively manage caseloads to meet productivity requirements (30 points per week) and average 8-hour workdays
