Schedule/Hours:

• 40 hours per week, Saturday through Wednesday

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and complete start of care visits with mandatory next-day reporting.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Complete clinical notes and documentation within 48 hours of each visit using the Kinnser system.
• Maintain proactive, clear communication with supervisors, intake, and office staff.
• Remain responsive during standard business hours and adapt territory coverage as needed.

Qualifications:

• Active California Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum of one year of home health experience required.
