Schedule/Hours

  • Minimum 36-hour weekly guarantee for applicable placements
  • Flexibility required for weekends and occasional travel outside the core territory

Qualifications

  • Current California Physical Therapist license
  • BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and registration
  • Recent TB screen
  • Immunizations: MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDaP (within 10 years), annual flu shot
  • Drug screen and physical as required
  • Willingness to provide care for both Covid+ and Covid PUI patients

Responsibilities

  • Deliver physical therapy services in both hospital and in-home settings
  • Complete evaluations, routine visits, re-certifications, discharges, and follow-up care
  • Document and coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
  • Manage electronic documentation and uphold agency productivity standards
  • Provide patient and family education for ongoing therapy success
