Schedule/Hours:

• 36-hour weekly guarantee with productivity requirements (certain conditions apply)
• Weekend coverage may be required
• Flexibility to travel beyond primary assignment areas as needed

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Current California Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration
• Annual TB screening, MMR, Varicella, HepB, Tdap (within 10 years), Flu (annual)
• Drug screen and physical exam clearance

Professional Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive therapy evaluations, treatments, and patient education in a hospital-based setting
• Manage a consistent caseload while delivering care across assigned territories
• Complete thorough and accurate documentation for each patient visit
• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Willingness to care for a variety of patients, including those who are COVID-positive or under investigation
• Fulfill visit and patient care expectations, including weekend and travel assignments as needed
