Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify patient-specific treatment plans in accordance with individual needs, goals, and physician directives
• Delegate and direct therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring effective collaboration across disciplines
• Design functional therapy programs to support safe, effective discharge and return to community activities
• Educate patients, families, students, peers, and self on therapeutic processes and objectives
• Complete timely and accurate documentation, including goal writing, assessments, and charge entry, in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards
• Promote patient and employee safety, adhering to clinical safety procedures for patient handling, infection control, and a safe working environment
• Participate in student training programs and actively contribute to performance improvement initiatives
• Maintain professional licensure and meet all continuing education requirements
