This travel therapy assignment provides exceptional exposure to a range of outpatient therapy practices. Schedule/Hours

  • Travel assignment (specific hours will be provided upon interview)

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate assigned patients, crafting and adapting therapy plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician guidance
  • Guide, delegate, and supervise team members for discipline-specific therapy services
  • Design functional, goal-oriented treatment programs promoting community reintegration
  • Complete clear, timely documentation and ensure compliance with medical, state, and federal standards
  • Mentor students and foster a positive, educational workspace
  • Stay current with best practices, pursuing ongoing education and professional advancement
  • Demonstrate safety-first practices, recognizing and reducing risk factors in all sessions
  • Uphold organizational values of quality, teamwork, and ethical behavior

Qualifications

  • Valid and active PT license in the state (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Previous hospital-based or outpatient therapy experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to professional development and continuing education
  • Ability to mentor and supervise others effectively
