Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive evaluations for all assigned patients and design individualized treatment plans according to physician direction, focusing on effective community reintegration.
• Provide direct care and delegate therapy services appropriately, ensuring all interventions are aligned with patient needs and goals.
• Act as an educator and resource for patients, families, staff, and students, sharing knowledge and fostering an environment of ongoing learning and safety.
• Maintain thorough and timely medical record documentation in compliance with all regulatory, legal, and facility standards.
• Demonstrate leadership in upholding organizational safety values, following all guidelines on safe patient handling, infection prevention, and work environment safety.
• Engage in personal professional development and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Uphold all professional, ethical, and legal standards relevant to physical therapy practice.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current license as a Physical Therapist and good standing in state of assignment
• Previous experience in outpatient and/or acute hospital settings preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills
