Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in MA or eligibility
• Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient therapy setting preferred
• Demonstrated clinical reasoning and comprehensive evaluation skills
• Commitment to upholding professional and organizational standards
• Capacity to supervise, delegate, and educate patients and team members
• Strong documentation and compliance capabilities
• Dedication to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning

Responsibilities:

• Complete patient evaluations and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans tailored to individual goals and physician directives
• Design therapy programs fostering effective community reintegration
• Supervise and direct therapy services for assigned patients, maintaining safety and program quality at all times
• Serve as a resource and educator for patients, families, colleagues, and students
• Adhere to documentation standards, state/federal regulations, and facility policies
• Participate in performance improvement and safety initiatives, promoting a culture of safety for both patients and staff
• Contribute to student learning through supervision, development of objectives, and evaluation
• Maintain licensure and meet continuing education requirements
