Physical Therapist - Spring Lake, Michigan

An outstanding opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist experienced in hospital-based therapy to provide exceptional care and support for patients seeking rehabilitation services. This role will focus on individualized patient assessments, therapeutic interventions, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to foster the best possible outcomes.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• No weekend or holiday shifts
• Holiday rotation is not required

Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Demonstrated experience in hospital therapy or comparable acute care environment
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical record system
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
• Effective communication with patients, families, and team members
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and establish targeted treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and function
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, mobility, and home care recommendations
• Regularly assess progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure positive patient outcomes
• Document all patient encounters, interventions, and progress in the EPIC EMR system
• Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary meetings as appropriate

$1,912 - $2,022/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
