Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in MA
  • One year of hospital-based physical therapy experience preferred
  • Outpatient evaluation/treatment experience a plus
  • Strong understanding of patient safety practices and regulations
  • Ability to develop, implement, and adapt treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and physicians
  • Adherence to professional codes of conduct and ethical standards
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized, goal-driven treatment plans
  • Delegate and direct therapy services while ensuring the design of functional, community integrative programs
  • Provide education to patients, families, students, and teammates
  • Complete timely and accurate medical documentation in compliance with all guidelines
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold organizational mission, core values, and safety standards
  • Participate in student supervision and professional development activities
  • Foster a safe environment through adherence to protocols on patient handling, infection control, materials management, and incident reporting
