Schedule:
- 8-10 hour work days, based on patient care schedule
Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy required
- Active Physical Therapy license in California, or plans to obtain
- Ongoing pursuit of continued education is encouraged
- Competency in EMR systems and basic computer software
- Able to lift 50 pounds and assist patients with mobility needs
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients, developing tailored rehabilitation programs
- Accurately document assessments, progress, and discharge summaries using EMR
- Supervise and guide PT Assistants and Aides
- Collaborate with referring physicians, front office, and interdisciplinary teams
- Uphold all privacy regulations and HIPAA compliance protocols
- Participate in marketing, billing, and referral activities as needed
- Maintain a safe and supportive patient environment
