Schedule:

• 8-10 hour work days, based on patient care schedule

Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy required
• Active Physical Therapy license in California, or plans to obtain
• Ongoing pursuit of continued education is encouraged
• Competency in EMR systems and basic computer software
• Able to lift 50 pounds and assist patients with mobility needs

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients, developing tailored rehabilitation programs
• Accurately document assessments, progress, and discharge summaries using EMR
• Supervise and guide PT Assistants and Aides
• Collaborate with referring physicians, front office, and interdisciplinary teams
• Uphold all privacy regulations and HIPAA compliance protocols
• Participate in marketing, billing, and referral activities as needed
• Maintain a safe and supportive patient environment
