An opportunity is available for a physical therapist with experience in hospital therapy settings to provide exceptional care in Superior, AZ. This role involves treating approximately 13-15 patients daily during 10-hour shifts, primarily split between two clinics within an hour’s drive. The caseload will consist of 80% inpatient and 20% outpatient therapy, allowing for diverse clinical practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver physical therapy services to inpatients and outpatients with varying medical conditions.
  • Manage up to 15 patients per day, ensuring high standards of patient care.
  • Coordinate care effectively between two clinical locations within an hour’s commute.
  • Adhere to facility policies, including flu vaccination requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in hospital-based therapy.
  • Ability to manage a substantial daily patient load efficiently.
  • Flexibility to travel between two clinics within the assigned geographic area.
  • Compliance with facility requirements, including mandatory flu vaccination and contract policies.

Contract Details:

  • Location: Superior, AZ.
  • Schedule: 10-hour day shifts.
  • Travel: Assignment requires travel between two clinics roughly one hour apart.
  • Note: The facility restricts candidates residing within 100 miles of the hospital, limits return-to-office requests to no more than 3 days per 13-week contract, and may cancel up to 3 shifts during the contract period without guaranteed hours.
