This role involves managing a caseload of approximately 13-15 patients daily, with about 80% inpatient and 20% outpatient therapy services. The work schedule consists of 10-hour days, providing a steady yet varied daily routine.

Responsibilities include assessing patient mobility, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery. You will play a critical role in helping patients regain movement and functional abilities within a hospital setting.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with current credentials.
• Experience in hospital-based therapy with proficiency in handling both inpatient and outpatient cases.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
• Comfortable traveling between treatment sites up to 1 hour apart.

Work Conditions and Requirements:
