Deliver high-impact care as part of a dynamic therapy department, focusing on inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services within a respected hospital environment. This contract opportunity offers a chance to work with a diverse caseload, honing your skills and making a positive difference in patients’ recovery journeys.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 10-hour day shifts
  • 13-week assignment
  • Caseload of 13-15 patients per day
  • Time split between two clinical sites within an hour’s drive (80% inpatient, 20% outpatient)

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred
  • Up-to-date influenza vaccination (no exceptions)
  • Ability to travel between two clinic locations as needed
  • Must reside more than 100 miles away from the facility per the radius rule
  • Flexibility to manage a dynamic daily schedule and adapt to patient and clinic needs

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized therapy plans for a mixed inpatient and outpatient population
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure cohesive patient care
  • Document progress notes and update care plans in accordance with department and regulatory standards
  • Educate patients and families on recovery plans, exercises, and techniques to promote ongoing wellness
  • Provide high-quality, compassionate therapy, managing a consistent caseload and adapting treatments to patient needs
