Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of post-graduate physical therapy experience in a hospital or clinic (no new grads)
• Proven proficiency in adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient care
• Familiarity with NextGen electronic case management
• Experience completing fall risk assessments and tracking outcomes
• Strong background in evaluating and treating orthopedic impairments (such as ACL tears, fractures, and post-surgical rehabilitation)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to address a broad spectrum of orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress, modify interventions as needed, and maintain meticulous clinical documentation
