Schedule/Hours:
- Full-time travel assignment
- Active caseload: 25-30 patients
- Average 12-13 visits per day
Desired Experience & Skills:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with 1+ years of hospital or outpatient experience (new graduates not considered)
- Proven ability to assess and treat a wide range of ortho cases (e.g., ACL tears, fractures, rotator cuff injuries, postural dysfunction, joint replacements)
- Proficient in NextGen EMR and case management
- Experience with fall risk assessments
- Ability to deliver patient care in a fast-paced setting while adhering to a business casual dress code
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and interventions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
- Manage an active patient caseload efficiently and document using NextGen EMR
- Maintain high standards of safety, particularly in fall risk management
