• Active caseload: 25-30 patients
• Average 12-13 visits per day

Desired Experience & Skills:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with 1+ years of hospital or outpatient experience (new graduates not considered)
• Proven ability to assess and treat a wide range of ortho cases (e.g., ACL tears, fractures, rotator cuff injuries, postural dysfunction, joint replacements)
• Proficient in NextGen EMR and case management
• Experience with fall risk assessments
• Ability to deliver patient care in a fast-paced setting while adhering to a business casual dress code

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and interventions
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
