Schedule/Hours:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients, adjusting therapies as needed.
  • Lead and delegate discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients.
  • Design functional programs that facilitate effective return to community activities.
  • Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues.
  • Document care plans, goals, and progress with clarity and compliance, ensuring timely records.
  • Adhere to all state, federal, and clinic policies—including codes of conduct and safety protocols.
  • Participate in professional development activities and organize individualized growth plans.
  • Foster a safe clinical environment, emphasizing superior patient and employee safety.
  • Guide and mentor students as part of the clinical education program.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Valid state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Demonstrated competency in outpatient therapy settings, preferably hospital-based.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics.
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring staff and students is highly desirable.
