Key Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Experience with therapy services in a hospital or outpatient environment
  • Strong clinical reasoning and ability to develop effective treatment plans
  • Exceptional documentation skills, with clear and timely medical record keeping

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients
  • Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and physician directives
  • Delegate and oversee therapy services provided by support staff for assigned patients
  • Design functional programs to facilitate patient return to daily and community activities
  • Provide patient, family, and peer education
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation of patient care and progress
  • Participate in student mentorship and supervision when required
  • Maintain licensure and uphold all regulatory, clinic, and ethical standards
  • Actively participate in continuous quality improvement efforts for service excellence
