Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in state of assignment (or eligibility)
• Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred
• Current knowledge of discipline-specific State Practice Act and regulatory requirements
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in line with patient needs and physician directives
