Qualifications:

• Current, valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Minimum of one year of recent inpatient hospital or healthcare experience preferred
• Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Solid understanding of regulatory standards and documentation procedures in a clinical setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and fast-paced environments

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients to determine functional needs and create personalized therapy plans
• Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions to improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and range of motion
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes accurately in electronic medical records
• Partner closely with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapy colleagues to ensure coordinated and high-quality care
• Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies to continue therapy at home
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized therapy spaces that meet infection control protocols
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to departmental goals and initiatives
