Schedule/Hours:
- Minimum of 11 patient visits per day; 55 visits per week
Key Qualifications:
- 1+ year of physical therapy experience preferred (new grads considered)
- Aptitude for handling a caseload of 55+ patients weekly, primarily adults, geriatrics, and adolescents
- Proficiency with NextGen EHR
- Strong case management and assessment skills, including fall risk evaluations
Professional Experience Sought:
- Ortho expertise: ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, back pain, joint replacements, and more
- Neuro rehabilitation: concussion management, Parkinson’s disease interventions, vestibular therapy
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to diverse populations
- Manage documentation to clinic and regional standards (targeting 4.25 units billed/visit)
- Collaborate closely with clinic leadership and care teams on patient care plans
- Ensure timely, thorough assessments for optimal outcomes
