Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in DC (or eligible)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical physical therapy experience preferred (new grads considered)
• Comfort treating adults, geriatrics, and adolescents
• Proficiency in NextGen EHR or strong aptitude for learning new systems
• Strong evaluation, assessment, and case management abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based therapy for a diverse caseload, focusing on orthopedic and neuro conditions (e.g., post-op care, balance/vestibular disorders, Parkinson’s, joint replacements)
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations including fall risk, functional and pain assessments
• Develop individualized care plans and track progress toward functional goals
• Maintain productivity standards (11+ visits per day, 55+ visits per week)
• Document interventions and outcomes in line with clinic standards
