Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time travel role
• Business casual dress code

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in physical therapy (open to new graduates)
• Experience with adult, geriatric, and adolescent populations
• Familiarity with NextGen EHR platform preferred

Skills & Experience:

• Ortho: ACL tears, post-op care, osteoarthritis, low back pain, joint replacements, and more
• Neuro: Concussion, Parkinson's Disease, vestibular/vertigo conditions
• Case management and patient-centered evaluation/assessment—including fall risk assessments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 55+ visits per week
• Conduct minimum of 11 patient visits daily, ensuring thorough and compassionate care
• Deliver diverse ortho and neuro interventions as required by patient assessments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document care within EHR system
