Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current, valid Physical Therapist license
  • Minimum of one year of current hospital-based or outpatient physical therapy experience
  • Proven knowledge and hands-on expertise in orthopedic and neurological patient populations
  • Proficient in patient assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and discharge planning
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with physicians and other care team members
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth

Schedule:

  • Flexible orientation dates available, with new sessions offered twice monthly throughout the year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and design tailored treatment programs for patients with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions, manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to support patient recovery
  • Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and the broader healthcare team regarding progress and ongoing care needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records in compliance with hospital policies
  • Contribute to patient education and discharge planning to promote a successful transition to home or continuing care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings as needed
