Schedule/Hours

• Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
• 40 hours guaranteed weekly

Qualifications

• Active state Physical Therapy license
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred, especially in outpatient orthopedics or pain management
• Team-oriented and flexible mindset

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, individualized physical therapy in 1:1 treatment sessions
• Float between multiple outpatient sites as needed
• Treat a diverse range of patients (orthopedic, neuro, balance, general debility)
• Document care efficiently in Epic EMR system
