Working with a varied pediatric caseload, you’ll gain exposure to developmental delay, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions. The department’s flexible scheduling empowers you to tailor your patient care while enjoying downtime to discover local hiking trails, charming eateries, and the tranquility of Colorado’s great outdoors.
Schedule/Hours:
- Four 10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday, 8:00am–6:00pm
- 36–40 guaranteed hours, flexible self-scheduled patient appointments
- Only occasional weekend on-call
- No holiday requirements
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado PT license
- Current BLS certification
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred
- Comfort with outpatient pediatric care; willingness to assist in acute inpatient settings as needed
- Strong team player with proficiency in developmental and orthopedic patient care
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat pediatric patients (primarily outpatient, occasional inpatient)
- Manage a daily caseload of 8–10 patients with varying diagnoses
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Utilize a warm water therapy pool when appropriate
- Document evaluations and progress efficiently; participate in interdisciplinary meetings
