Travel Physical Therapist - Windsor, Virginia

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
• Every 4th weekend on-call for inpatient coverage

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Virginia (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelors required; Doctorate preferred)
• Active CPR certification
• Specialty certifications (e.g., OCS, SCS, NDT, Lymphedema, Women’s Health) a plus
• Previous experience in outpatient or acute care preferred

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement comprehensive physical therapy interventions for patients across the continuum of care
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize functional outcomes
• Conduct assessments, set individualized goals, and monitor patient response to therapy
• Educate patients and families; participate in discharge planning and community fitness programs
• Maintain clinical documentation and assist with process improvement initiatives
• Engage in professional development and mentor peers or students as needed
