Key Qualifications

  • Current, valid Physical Therapist licensure (or eligibility) for Massachusetts
  • Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred
  • Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered care philosophy

  • Effective communication and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities

  • Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans reflecting physician directives and patient goals
  • Delegate and guide various therapy services for assigned patients, ensuring top-quality clinical standards
  • Design functional, community-oriented treatment programs to promote effective discharge and reintegration
  • Document all care accurately, thoroughly, and in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
  • Educate patients, families, colleagues, and participate in student mentorship as appropriate
  • Take part in professional development planning and continuing education
  • Adhere to all relevant codes of conduct, safety protocols, and clinic guidelines
