Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) in MA
• Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient therapy setting preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and comprehensive patient evaluation skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Ability to uphold ethics, confidentiality, and compliance standards
• Demonstrates superior quality, teamwork, and safety awareness

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate assigned patients, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans based on individual needs, goals, and physician direction
• Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients
• Design functional treatment programs that support return to community activities
• Serve as an educator to patients, families, students, and colleagues, fostering a positive learning environment
• Complete accurate, timely patient documentation and ensure compliance with clinical policies and federal/state guidelines
• Maintain licensure requirements and adhere to professional codes of conduct
• Promote and practice exemplary safety standards, identifying and addressing workplace hazards
