Role Highlights:

Key Qualifications:

  • Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
  • Experience in acute care or hospital therapy settings strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with occupational therapists, physical therapists, nursing, and other disciplines
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver physical therapy interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient mobility, function, and quality of life
  • Document patient progress and collaborate to adapt care as needed
  • Educate patients and families about therapy exercises and goals
  • Assist with discharge planning and home exercise program instruction
