  • Develop and deliver in-service training and educational programs for staff.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas.
  • Provide appointment reminders for patients and support patients and families in navigating hospital processes.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support hospital operations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
