Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Illinois SLP license
  • American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred—Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply
  • Experience or strong interest supporting pediatric and school-aged populations
  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) or eligibility preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy services to students in a school setting
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and screenings to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Participate actively in team meetings, consultation, and ongoing communication with staff, families, and administration
