This full-time, onsite contract opportunity, located near Chicago Heights, offers you the chance to collaborate with passionate educators and therapists while supporting students’ communication development and academic success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active Illinois SLP license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred—Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply
  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) or eligibility preferred
  • Experience in a school setting or strong commitment to working with children

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students based on IEP objectives
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine service eligibility and needs
  • Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic student support
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with state and district standards
